The following agenda items will be discussed: a Non-Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Sparkle K LLC and GKG Property, LLC, for the use of certain Village property; a variation for a reduced corner side yard setback and reduced lot size; the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce Algonquin Wine and Dessert Walk Public Event on October 11, 2025; the Fox River Med Spa Trunk or Treat Public Event on October 4, 2025; discussion regarding Residential Waste Hauler Request for Proposal; an agreement with Trotter & Associates, Inc. for the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Recertification; a resolution for Safe Routes to School Grant Funding Assistance; an agreement with Flow Technics Inc. for replacement pumps for the Algonquin Shores Lift Station; an agreement with Copenhaver Construction, Inc. for the Spella Park retaining wall replacement; an agreement with B&B Holiday Decorations for the Down Town holiday lights and approval to purchase a new camera van for the Sewer Department.
