The Village Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room at 2200 Harnish Drive, followed by a special joint meeting of the Village Board and the Planning & Development Commission. There is a public comment period near the start of the meeting. Please complete the form and hand to the Village Clerk so he knows that you wish to speak.
There are two proclamations: September as Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month and It’s Our Fox River Day – A Watershed Wide Celebration.
The agenda items getting voted on include: prior meeting minutes; bills and payroll expenses for payment; an agreement with Reike Interior for office furniture replacement in the amount of $118,995.00; the first amendment to the site lease agreement between the Village of Algonquin and T-Mobile Central LLC; an intergovernmental agreement with McHenry County for the conceptual design of a shared yard at the Public Works Facility; an agreement with Williams Architects for architectural design services for the Algonquin/McHenry County Shared Yard Phase II Design in the amount of $279,000.00; and an agreement with Christopher Burke Engineering for the design services for the Algonquin/McHenry County Shared Yard Phase II Design in the amount of $158,731.00; resolution for the Village of Algonquin’s Community Health Improvement Plan; a resolution for the Telehealth Services Agreement; and a public event license for the Algonquin Lions Foundation Wind & Beer Tasting Event on Sept. 6 at Village Vitner.
