The Committee of the Whole Meeting is on Tuesday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room at 2200 Harnish Drive. The agenda items for discussion include: a request for a Special Use Permit to Allow a Health Club; a resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Conveyance of Real Property From S-K Algonquin Opportunity III, LLC to the Village of Algonquin; a resolution accepting the Algonquin Police Pension Municipal Compliance Report for fiscal year end April 30, 2025; a resolution accepting the Actuarial Funding Report for the Algonquin Police Pension Fund for the contribution year May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026; .a resolution determining the 2025 property tax levy for the Village of Algonquin; an ordinance abating the 2025 property tax levy for the Village’s Series 2024 General Obligation Bonds; a resolution approving a Community Sponsorship Policy; an extension to the Letter of Credit for site improvements at the Enclave with Kensington Development; an agreement with Xylem to purchase a portable lift station bypass pump; an Intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network; deem items surplus; and Executive Session (Pending or Imminent Litigation/review of Executive Session Minutes).Please follow the link for the meeting packet. https://www.algonquin.org/egov/apps/document/center.egov?view=item&id=12942

The proposed Crunch Fitness Health Club would be in the former Best Buy building at 1561 S. Randall Road in Algonquin.
