A Public Hearing on the Comprehensive Plan will be on Tuesday, November 4 at 7:15 p.m. in the Board Room at 2200 Harnish Drive. The Village Board Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. The following agenda items will be voted on: prior meeting minutes; bills and payroll expenses; an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Budget; an ordinance amending Chapter 6A, Water and Sewer Department, and Appendix B, Penalty, Salary, Bonds and Fees of the Algonquin Municipal Code; a resolution accepting and approving a Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal participation of the Boyer Road Improvement Project; approve the Algonquin Egg Hunt Public Event, Saturday, March 28, 2025 at Algonquin Lakes Park at 10:00am; approve the Touch a Truck Public Event Saturday, May 2, 2025 located at our Public Works Facility;
an Ordinance Accepting and Approving the 2025 Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Algonquin; and an Ordinance Approving Entry into an Addendum to the Agreement with Video Gaming Terminal Operators for the purpose of tolling the video gaming push tax. There is a public comment at the beginning of the meeting. Please complete the form that’s located near the Board Room entrance and hand it to the Village Clerk.
