The Village Board will be meeting on Tuesday, October 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the board room at 2200 Harnish Drive to vote on the following agenda items: an ordinance issuing a special use permit allowing for a live entertainment facility at 113 South Main Street; an ordinance amending the Village of Algonquin annual budget for fiscal year 2024-2025; a resolution approving an agreement with Chicago Special Events Management for Festival Management Services in the amount of $17,500.00 plus other event-related services; a resolution accepting and approving the second amendment to the right-of-way License Agreement with MCImetro Access Transmission Services; a resolution waiving the bidding requirements and accepting and approving an agreement with Weatherguard Roofing for the roof replacement of Water Treatment Plant #3 in the amount of $175,000.00; approve a public event license for Bullseye Pub on October 17, 2025 allowing live amplified music; and pass an ordinance to terminate a Special Use Permit granted under Ordinance 2019-O-42 for a Self-Storage Facility on Lot 1 of the 2075 Redevelopment Subdivision; bills and payroll expenses for payment; and prior meeting minutes.
