The Village Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Board room at 2200 Harnish Drive. The agenda includes: proclamation June 7-13, 2026 Civilian Personnel Appreciation Week; previous meeting minutes; an ordinance approving an major amendment to the planned development to allow outdoor storage in the triangle parking area for SmartStop Self Storage; an agreement with Baxter & Woodman natural resources for Arbor Hills Natural Area Maintenance; an agreement with Baxter and Woodman Natural Resources for Randall Road wetland maintenance; an agreement with Suburban Concrete for the 2026 MFT Concrete Program; agreement with Brown Equipment Company for the purchase of a Stepp asphalt dumping trailer; bills for payment; public event license for Fox 14 Marina for the Summer Saturday Food Truck Events; a resolution repealing resolution 2026-R-65 and accepting and approving an agreement with Currie Motors for the purchase of a 2026 Ford Ranger; and a resolution directing the Village Manager to sign an agreement with CarMax to finalize the transfer of property known as Lot 3 in the CarMax 6125 Subdivision, pending attorney review. There is a public comment at the start of each meeting.
