Village Meetings - Monday, March 16th

The Village Board will be meeting on Monday, March 16th starting at 7:25 p.m. for the Budget Public Hearing, followed by a Village Board Meeting and a Committee of the Whole Meeting. The change in date is due to a new Illinois State law, ILCS 120/2.07, that prohibits public bodies from scheduling a meeting on an election day. (March 17th is the primary.)

The Village Board will be voting on items from the previous Committee of the Whole agenda and under new business they will discuss and vote on a resolution accepting and approving gsupport for McHenry County variation request to allow a traffic signal at Randall Road and Becky Lynn Lane and a right-In/right-out access point on northbound Randall Road between Becky Lynn Lane and Harnish Drive.

The Committee of the Whole will discuss a potential extension or termination of a Car Wash Special Use Permit at 2055 East Algonquin Road; a recommendation for local match commitment for construction of the Square Barn Road Improvement Project — STP-L Grant; a resolution authorizing the Village to utilize the State Allocation of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for 2026.
