Main Street; an agreement with Chicago Special Events Management for 2027 Algonquin Fest Event Management and Production Services; increase in the number of Class A-1 Liquor Licenses to accommodate Amuzgo Mexican Cuisine; an Ordinance Abating the 2026 tax levy for principal and interest on General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024; an agreement with Peerless Fence for the chiller/garbage enclosure fence replacement; design approval and project management contracts for the High Hill Park and Nature Preserve Project; a design supplement #1 proposal for County Line Road improvements with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc.; an agreement with Stanton Mechanical for the Replacement of Make-Up-Air Unit at the Waste Water Treatment Plant IPS Building; an agreement with Stanton Mechanical for Water Treatment Plant #1 HCD-1125 DGA dehumidifier replacement; an agreement with Stanton Mechanical for Water Treatment Plant #1 HCD-600 dehumidifier replacement; an agreement with Stanton Mechanical for Water Treatment Plant #3 dehumidifier replacement; and an Agreement with Christopher Burke Engineering for the design engineering services for PMP Gaslight North Subdivision Section 2 Project.
