There will be two Village Meetings on Tuesday, January 20 starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room at 2200 Harnish Drive. The Village Board will be voting on previous meeting minutes; bills/payroll expenses for payment; an ordinance amending Chapter 9 - Economic Development Commission meeting time; an ordinance amending Chapter 12 – Nuisances; the Designation of Depositories for Funds and Other Public Monies in the Custody of the Village of Algonquin; an agreement with Sikich for the 2026-2030 Audit Services; an extension of the residential lease agreement for 5615 Edgewood Road; an agreement with Busy Beaver Inc. for the Water Treatment Plant 2 epoxy flooring in the amount of $52,590.00; an agreement with Dahme Mechanical Industries, Inc. for the construction of the Algonquin Shores Lift Station rehabilitation in the amount of $738,888.88; an agreement with Trotter and Associates, Inc. for the construction oversight of the Algonquin Shores Lift Station Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $83,300.00; an agreement with Christopher Burke Engineering for the design engineering services of the Arbor Hills Subdivision improvements in the amount of $242,102.00. A Committee of the Whole Meeting will begin at 7:45 p.m. to discuss an agreement with Bolder Contractors for the High Hill Park sanitary sewer relocation phase I.
