The Village Board will be having a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, December 2 starting at 7:00 p.m. at 2200 Harnish Drive. The agenda items being voted on include: previous meeting minutes; bills and payroll expenses; a special use permit to allow for a Dog Grooming Business at 1109 Main Street; an agreement with Currie Motors to purchase a 2026 Police Interceptor through Suburban Purchase Co-Op in the amount of $45,542.00; an agreement with Motorola Solutions for the purchase of N70 portable radios with accessories in the amount of $382,999.86 and a 7-year subscription in the annual amount of $18,829.72; accepting and approving Change Order Number 1 to the agreement with Suburban Concrete for the Annual Concrete Program increasing the contract amount by $144,010.00 to $499,955.50. There will also be a discussion on an extension for the agreement with Groot Industries for residential waste and recycling collection. There is a public comment portion at the start of each meeting.
