The Village Board Meeting agenda items include: the proclamation of November 4-11, 2025 Operation Green Light for Veterans; prior meeting minutes; bills for payment/payroll expenses; an Ordinance declaring certain leased vehicles surplus; an Ordinance declaring certain vehicles and equipment surplus; an agreement with Baxter & Woodman Natural Resources for the engineering design services of the Woods Creek Headwater Restoration Project in the amount of $85,600.00; an agreement with Reinders, Inc. for the purchase of a Toro Workman HDX in the amount of $49,418.42; a Change Order Number 1 for the Martam Construction agreement for the Towne Park Reconstruction Project Increasing the by $75,296.96, the final contract amount $4,355,908.11; an agreement with Trotter & Associates, Inc. for the design engineering services of the Woods Creek Force Main Replacement Project in the amount of $188,410.00; and a presentation and motion to accept the reports for the Fiscal Year Ended April 30.
